Play Rocket Croc online at Kongregate

I've uploaded a flash version of Rocket Croc to Kongregate:

http://www.kongregate.com/games/sionco/rocketcroc

It's my first game uploaded to the site, so please play it and if you feel generous, a 5 star rating (as it's in the monthly competition).

That's my first game built with Monkey, and it's been a useful learning experience getting used to how Monkey works and launching the game on different formats (currently Android and Flash)  which should benefit me with future games such as Grand Prix Super Manager.

Rocket Croc, now available for Android !

I've released a fun little game called Rocket Croc.

The description:

Croc is about to blast-off to the sky in search of food!
Welcome to the future of the animal kingdom.! As the last remaining crocodile, you must charge-up your rocket pack and blast-off to the skies in search of food. All the fish and aquatic life have found technology to upgrade themselves and escape to the sky, away from the predators of the water. As Rocket Croc, try and eat as many animals as you can on each flight to conquer your hunger before you fall back to earth. But beware, you are not the only predator from the oceans and rivers who has found the power of flight!

It's now available from the Google Play App Store for Android phones and tablets:

The Full Version: Google Play Download Link
The Ad-supported Free Version: Google Play Download Link

I appreciate your download!

Rocket Croc - There are Piranhas! (and giant squid!)

I've nearly finished Rocket Croc, here are some images of the new animals I added today, as well as the current Level Select Screen.

Rocket Croc - Casual Game

As mentioned before, I've decided to switch over to using the Monkey programming language, and to get used to it. So, before I continue to work on Grand Prix Super Manager in Monkey, I've decided to make a small casual mobile game.

That game is Rocket Croc.

It's taken me two afternoons and is nearly finished.  The idea is that you control a rocket propelled Crocodile in its search to eat.    Their are many technologically improved animals flying, such as fish, turtles and whales, and not all of them are good for the crocodile to eat.

Hopefully, (although I haven't bought the full version of monkey yet) the game will be available for Android, Flash and Windows.

still alive..

I'm still alive. Currently considering whether to continue the racing game in 3D with monkey or change to Unity3D (which I've been ...
